（1）25%的人有奖学金但没有贷款，也就是50个人 所以没有贷款的学生有70%，即140个人，那么两者都没的就有140-50=90个人 充分
（2）50%的有贷款的人也有奖学金，即既有贷款又有奖学金的有30个人，又因为有奖学金的一共有80个人，那么没有助学金但有奖学金的就有50个人。没有贷款的有140个人，那么没有奖学金也没有贷款的就有140-50=90个人，充分 选d
